Permanent Jewelry

We custom fit a chain to your wrist, neck, ankle or finger. We then use a welder for an easy and painless process. Instead of using a clasp we use a tiny jump ring to connect and weld the two ends of the chain, turning it into a "permanent" piece of jewelry.

Each appointment is 10 minutes. We kindly ask that you arrive on time as this will give us enough time to sanitize, select chain, custom fit, and then Zap on you new favorite piece!

We can weld up to 3 pieces on the same person under 1 appointment slot, if you would like to get more than 3 pieces, you will need to book 2 appointments for yourself. Please remember that each person needs to have their own appointment time.

You can simply cut the jump ring used to weld the chain together with a nail clipper or sharp scissors. Save it all in a safe place to be re-welded at one of our future events.

We recommend that you speak with your doctor and ask if you will need to remove you permanent jewelry during your X-ray or MRI appointment.

Many of our clients have not been required to remove their permanent jewelry but that is up to the discretion of your doctor.

If you are required to remove your permanent jewelry, simply cut the jump ring and store everything including the jump ring in a zip-lock bag. We will gladly re-weld it on you for our $15 service fee. Just send us a message when you are ready to re-weld your piece back on.

We ensure your piece is fully welded on you and there are no issues with the chain on the day of your appointment.

If enough pressure is applied to the chain or if it gets caught somewhere, the chain can break.

Get in touch with us if you need a repair. We will inspect the chain before re-welding it on you and make sure there are no issues with the chain. Most repairs are $15 but if the integrity of the chain has been compromised or if it has overstretched then you will need to purchase a new chain.

We don't offer replacements on broken or lost pieces, however we can discount your next purchase by 20%.

All sales are final, once we custom fit, cut the chain and place it on you for welding.

**Break Warranty:**

If your permanent jewelry piece ever breaks at the weld site (jump ring), we will repair it at no cost to you. Whether you are a local customer or not, we are here to assist you. Local customers can visit our shop for repairs at their convenience. For non-local customers, simply ship the piece to us, and we will add a clasp and send it back to you until you are able to make it back to us.

**Tarnish Warranty:**

- Within the first 30 days of your purchase, we will replace the piece with the same chain or a chain of the same price at no charge. Alternatively, we offer a 50% refund when you return the chain to us (Customer responsible for shipping).

- Between 30-90 days, we will replace the piece at 50% off or offer a 20% refund when you return the chain to us (Customer responsible for shipping).

- Beyond 90 days, the customer is responsible for replacement, and no refunds are offered.

**Lost Chain Warranty:**

To be eligible for our lost chain warranty, the exact same chain must be used and welded to the same part (e.g., bracelet, anklet, etc.).

- Within the first 7 days, we will replace the chain at 100% off, free of charge.

- Between 8-90 days, we will replace the piece at 50% off.

- Beyond 90 days, we will replace the chain at 20% off.

** Reweld:**

If your chain must be removed for any reason, such as an MRI or surgical procedure, Bonded Brilliance will include one free reweld to place your jewelry back on.

If your chain must be removed a second time, we offer rewelds at $15.00 for the first bracelet and $10.00 for each bracelet thereafter.
